The Alberta Alive Condominiums will be available for purchase to households currently accepted to the North/Northeast (N/NE) Preference Policy Program and registered with Arrive Homeownership (formerly Portland Housing Center). If this is you, and you’re interested in purchasing a home, please contact your Arrive Homeownership housing counselor. Your counselor will be able to connect you with Proud Ground, who will support you with income verification and guide you through each step of the homebuying process.
