Households that are able to qualify for the required mortgage and earn at or below 80% of the Area Median Income, have verified their Preference Policy eligibility with the Portland Housing Bureau, have attended an orientation session with Arrive, and have scheduled an intake session with their Arrive housing counselor are eligible to purchase one of these homes.

No. The Alberta Alive Condominiums are not eligible for PHB’s downpayment assistance programs. However, IDA funds can be used if you have them.

Yes! There will be a private parking lot reserved for Alberta Alive Condominium residents. Each unit will have one reserved parking space in the lot.

The estimated HOA fee will cover building coverage & HOA liability insurance, replacement reserve funds, property maintenance costs, HOA management fees, and trash.
