About The Condominiums
The Alberta Alive Condominiums represent the fourth phase of the Alberta Alive initiative and will provide affordable homeownership opportunities for households earning between 60% and 80% of the area median income (AMI). The project will include eight three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome condominiums, each featuring dedicated parking and a thoughtful mix of public and private outdoor spaces designed to foster community and livability.
Community Development Partners and Self Enhancement, Inc are collaborating with Portland Housing Bureau’s N/NE Oversight Committee, We All Rise, and Proud Ground on this project. The Condominiums will leverage the N/NE Preference Policy waitlist to ensure an equitable process for homebuyer selection. We All Rise, a community development firm, has helped develop a homeownership model that prioritizes the experiences of displaced Black Portlanders. Proud Ground, the largest Community Land Trust in the Pacific Northwest, will ultimately own the land, ensuring the townhome condominiums remain affordable in perpetuity.
